HEAL
Help Encouragement And Love. The goal of this ministry is to gain a greater awareness of the state of our temporarily and permanently home bound parishioners, to recognize their tremendous spiritual contribution to our church, and to provide opportunities of assistance that would allow them to experience closer ties with our parish family. Some activities include: home and hospital visits, Eucharistic Ministry, meal preparation, prayer, errands, cards, etc.
Prayer Chain
These parishioners pray in private for special intentions and needs. Requests and intentions are accepted any time by contacting the parish office and the network is activated every Monday and Thursday. New members are always welcome to join the chain.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Individuals who are interested in knitting and crocheting shawls and blankets which are distributed to parishioners who are ill, homebound, hospitalized or confined to nursing home and care centers.
Retreat League
Annually both the men and women of the parish conduct weekend retreats to allow parishioners an opportunity to more fully experience their Catholic faith with quiet time, good rest, good company and inspiring talks and workshops.
